Goal Setting
This month’s Counselor Connection topic is Goal Setting. Goals give us focus and direction. They motivate us to learn new things and make a plan to tackle challenges. Goal setting allows us the opportunity to  celebrate our hard work and accomplishments, but also practice resilience and growth as “mistakes are proof that you’re trying.” (unknown)

It’s never too early (or late) to help your child set academic, personal, or character goals. For more information on Goal Setting and targeted grade-level lessons, please check out this month’s Counselor Connection Newsletter.
